Who we are
QELVOX supplies test and measurement instruments from offices in Dubai, in Meydan Free Zone, and in Karachi. The registered companies behind QELVOX are listed on our company details page. Questions about your data: info@qelvox.net.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone, the area you are interested in and your message.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us: whatever you include, plus your phone number when you use WhatsApp.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at present. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
The Field Companion
Checks in the Field Companion are worked out in your browser. Recent checks are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time from the tool or by clearing your browser data.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To supply, deliver and support instruments you order.
- To keep records required by law, for example tax, customs and export-control records.
Who we share it with
- Our email and office provider (Microsoft 365) and our website host, which store data on our behalf.
- A manufacturer or its authorised channel, when it is needed to answer your enquiry or support your instrument, and only the details needed.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as tax and customs law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing info@qelvox.net. We will reply within 30 days. In the UAE this follows Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
